Responsible for maintenance and improvement of production lines, Direct facility maintenance or repair activities. • Assist with shop floor layout and cell designs. • Identify and continuously capitalize cost savings opportunities • Manage purchasing open issues and resolutions for review with management. • Help management to establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures. • Document Control Lead and responsible for all IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 & ISO:9001 audit activities • Assure compliance with rules and regulations in the Production Department. • Provide information as needed for operations decisions. • Perform other duties as required. • Help in improving productivity and quality by effective utilization of improvement techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Kanban, OEE and JIT.
