Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Assist in developing and executing a content calendar for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.

2. Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags to build a strong, engaged community.

3. Research, Trend Spotting & Implementation

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand stays relevant and innovative.

4. Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Work with influencers, artists, and other collaborators to amplify the brand's presence.
  • Help coordinate and execute influencer campaigns, including product gifting and content reviews.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.).
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize content and improve overall social media strategy.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align content with brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure social media content supports broader marketing initiatives and brand storytelling.

7. Platform Management

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all platforms remain active and on-brand.
  • Identify opportunities to grow followers and engagement organically across all channels.

8. Creative Input

  • Contribute fresh ideas for content themes, campaigns, and ways to better connect with the audience.
  • Assist in brainstorming creative strategies for new product launches or collaborations.


QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role, ideally in the fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.

Social Media Savvy

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms).
  • Familiarity with trends, platform-specific best practices, and audience behavior across social channels.

Creative Skills

  • Strong visual aesthetic and a knack for creating eye-catching content that aligns with Drawn’s brand.
  • Basic photography, videography, and editing skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus).

Community Engagement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage authentically with online audiences.
  • Passion for building meaningful connections with followers and responding to them in a timely, professional manner.

Analytical Mindset

  • Ability to track and interpret social media metrics and apply insights to improve performance.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is a bonus.

Organized & Detail-Oriented

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all content.

Team Player

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Passion for Fashion & Art

  • A genuine interest in fashion, art, and storytelling, with a keen sense of style that aligns with Drawn’s aesthetic.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry or previous experience working with a fashion or lifestyle brand is a plus.
