We at ELD are looking for a creative, detail oriented and extremely responsible Junior Social Media Manager to join us! An ideal candidate is someone with a minimum 1 year of experience in an agency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer expectations, requirements and develop social media posts accordingly
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies to achieve targets
• Create, implement and execute content ideas with the design team
• Ideate and flesh out content strategies for clients and servicing them end to end
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management, content developers, vendors and collaborators
• Regular posting and creation of amplification plans
• Monitor posts, analyze data obtained and develop monthly reports
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Skills and Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the media industry - someone with an agency background will be preferred!
• Agency background (experience handling multiple brands) required.
• Experience in Beauty, lifestyle and luxury preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & Canva
• Team & time management skills
