Job Title: Manual Tester
Experience: 6+ Months
Location: On Site (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with 6+ Months of experience in software testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SDLC and STLC, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create and execute test cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into test cases and scenarios.
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and errors using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Review test case documents and ensure complete test coverage.
• Participate in test planning and estimation activities.
• Maintain test documentation and prepare test summary reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 6+ Months of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
• Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases (SQL).
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools like Selenium is a plus.
• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

• Mohali, Mohali - 160055, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
