We are looking for a skilled Junior Backend Developer who can contribute from Day 1 and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Python development
• Currently residing in Pune
• Immediate joining availability
• Hands-on experience with:
• Caching strategies (Redis, Memcached)
• Databases (PostgreSQL, AWS)
• Data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy)
• Basic understanding of ETL pipelines and AI/ML concepts
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, production-ready Python code
• Build and maintain high-performance software systems
• Collaborate with team members for testing, reviews, and performance tuning
• Contribute to continuous team growth through feedback and goal setting
