Junior Cloud Engineer (GCP)

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

As a GCP Entry-Level Talent, you will actively contribute to our cloud environment under supervision and grow your skills in key areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deploy and manage applications using

  Cloud Run

  ,

  App Engine

  , and

  GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)

• Handle infrastructure configurations and CI/CD pipelines for scalable deployments
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud service issues across the stack (logs, errors, autoscaling, etc.)
• Administer

  Cloud SQL

  instances and ensure database performance and availability
• Support

  Firebase Hosting

  environments for static websites and web apps
• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless cloud integration
• Write automation scripts or cloud functions when needed for infrastructure tasks
• Optimize deployments for performance, cost-efficiency, and security

What We're Looking For:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• Basic understanding of

  GCP

  services including:

1. Cloud Run
2. App Engine
3. Kubernetes (GKE) & container orchestration basics
4. Cloud SQL
5. Firebase Hosting

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Understanding of cloud logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
• Familiar with basic

  networking

  and

  IAM

  configurations in GCP
• Comfortable using command-line tools, version control (Git), and Linux systems
