Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Brand Strategist, based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of brand strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Junior Brand Strategist will assist in brand positioning, campaign planning, and market research. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and a passion for brand building. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities under guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate diploma in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related fields

• 0.6 to 1 year of relevant experience in branding, marketing strategy, or campaign execution

• Strong foundational knowledge of brand development, positioning, and consumer behavior

• Internship or prior experience with a marketing/creative agency or branding team preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Strong understanding of market research tools and techniques

• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
