Job Summary: Tat:vm is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design and development of our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the senior design team, contribute to conceptual and schematic designs, and ensure that architectural outputs meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of conceptual and schematic designs for residential and mixed-use real estate projects.Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape) and internal teams during project planning and execution phases.Conduct site visits for measurements, feasibility studies, and progress documentation.Research materials, finishes, and design innovations aligned with Tat:vm’s sustainability goals.Support the preparation of statutory submissions and liaison with local authorities for approvals.Participate in design reviews and help implement feedback from senior architects and stakeholders.Maintain project documentation, drawings, and revisions accurately. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.0–2 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.Basic knowledge of local building codes, development regulations, and construction methods.Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and aesthetics.Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative skills.Portfolio demonstrating relevant academic or professional design work.
