Position: Performance Marketer Location: Gandhinagar (On-site) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness. Support in budget management and allocation to maximize campaign ROI. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives. Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising. Assist in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management. Coordinate with senior marketers to implement strategic recommendations for campaign optimization. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Understanding of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram. Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and spreadsheets.
