Requirements
Java, Microservices, Spring boot, MS AzureMinimum 9+ years of software development experience and 2+years as a lead
- Lead a high-performance team by providing hands-on guidance along with individual contribution
- Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activities
- Develop and implement an architecture strategy
- Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices, and solutions that meet customer needs
- Ensuring high quality code is produced and maintained through code review and frequent defect prevention activity
- Work closely in small teams to create well integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts
- Agile/ Scrum/Kanban experience
- Should be strong in Core JAVA and Design Principles
- Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernate
- Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and Microservices
- Should have working experience on RDBMS / MySQL databases
- Should be proficient in documenting the process and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger etc.,
- Should be proficient with Azure services
- Basic understanding of Caching (Redis) and Search/Index Platform (Elastic Search)
