Location: Plot No. 103, Pace City 1, Sector 37, Gurugram, Haryana Department: Information Technology Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years Job Summary: Autotrade Design Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in the automotive design and manufacturing sector, is seeking an IT Support Executive to oversee day-to-day IT operations. The role involves supporting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining IT records, and ensuring timely access to IT systems for employees. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, both remotely and on-site Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications Manage and monitor LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls Maintain and update the database of all official company email IDs, system login credentials, and software access details Provide user IDs and passwords to employees as needed, ensuring secure handling and proper authorization Set up new user accounts, email IDs, and configure workstations Ensure regular data backups and help enforce IT and data security protocols Maintain inventory of IT assets and document technical issues and solutions Support email configuration, internet connectivity, and communication tools Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and support Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux, and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) Understanding of cybersecurity practices for password and data protection Ability to manage confidential information responsibly Good communication and documentation skills Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Benefits: Career development and training opportunities Supportive work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Shift: Day shift Work Days: Weekend availability Application Question(s): What is your Current CTC?
