Job Title: IT Support Executive Industry: Freight & Logistics Location: Sector 75, Mohali Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Executive to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will handle hardware/software issues, network troubleshooting, and support employees with daily technical needs in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is based at our Sector 75, Mohali office. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot software and hardware problems across the company’s systems. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, especially during shift transitions. Support logistics/dispatch teams with any IT-related issues during night operations. Install, configure, and update software and operating systems. Maintain system backups, antivirus updates, and IT documentation. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, or outsourced IT services. Report and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or management. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware. Familiarity with freight/logistics software is a plus. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently during night hours.
