IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated IT professional to join our team and support day-to-day backend IT operations. The role involves monitoring CCTV systems across all stores, reporting technical issues proactively, and assisting with general IT support and store maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor store CCTV footage on a daily basis and alert concerned teams of any irregularities or technical issues.
• Provide backend IT support for store systems, POS terminals, and internal software applications.
• Log, track, and follow up on IT issues and store maintenance concerns until resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing or replacements when needed.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure (routers, switches, internet connectivity, etc.) across stores.
• Document and maintain issue logs, system health checks, and maintenance reports.
• Support store teams by troubleshooting minor IT and electrical issues remotely or on-site as required.
• Report escalations to the Manager promptly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking, computer hardware, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring tools is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
