Job Description

Role Responsibilities Source and attract potential candidates through online channels, such as social media and professional networks. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance. Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet company hiring needs. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics. Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and streamline hiring processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Conduct market research to build a competitive talent acquisition strategy. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with applicant tracking systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to assess candidates' soft skills effectively. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. A customer-oriented mindset. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Flexible and adaptable to change.
