The IT Business Partner – Commercials will lead strategic IT initiatives to support commercial excellence across India and Emerging Markets. This includes driving digital transformation, leveraging AI/ML/GenAI technologies, and managing key commercial platforms like CRM, LMS, and E-Detailing.

About the Role

The IT Business Partner – Commercials will lead strategic IT initiatives to support commercial excellence across India and Emerging Markets. This includes driving digital transformation, leveraging AI/ML/GenAI technologies, and managing key commercial platforms like CRM, LMS, and E-Detailing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and Commercial business teams.
• Lead and implement commercial excellence initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Drive the adoption of digital technologies including AI/ML and Generative AI to enhance business performance.
• Manage end-to-end CRM strategy including system implementation, enhancement, governance, and performance tracking.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of key commercial platforms including LMS and E-Detailing tools.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business strategies and goals.

Additional Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 IT professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective change management and ensure high user adoption of IT tools.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging digital trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Represent IT in strategic business discussions and planning.

Qualifications

• Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, preferably in business partnering roles supporting commercial functions.
• Proven experience in managing CRM systems and digital transformation projects.
• Prior experience in pharma or healthcare industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, LMS, and E-Detailing tools.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML/Generative AI technologies and their commercial application.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in change management and project governance.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in pharma or healthcare industry will be preferred.
