What We Like to See in You Core Competencies: Windows OS, macOS, Ubuntu System Administration Server Management & Network Troubleshooting Active Directory, Office 365 Administration Firewall Configuration & Endpoint Security Helpdesk & Remote IT Support Ticket Management Tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Time management across multiple requests and tasks Team collaboration across departments (HR, Dev, Ops) Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and maintain internal systems across Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu environments Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions Coordinate Office 365 migrations and account setup Ensure network security through proper firewall management Handle hardware/software installation, configuration, and upgrades Provide remote IT support and resolve technical issues via ticketing systems Monitor system reliability and perform regular backups Ensure security compliance through endpoint protection and cybersecurity measures Collaborate with various teams to support their IT needs and ensure smooth operations What You’ll Gain Master system administration across diverse environments Build problem-solving and communication skills in real-time support Learn and implement the best practices in IT security Gain exposure to infrastructure scaling in a digital transformation environment Be part of a team that values initiative, innovation, and integrity Are You Ready to Power Up with Us?
