The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for finding, recruiting, and hiring best-in-class talent. You will maintain effective working relations with stakeholders and implement ideas for improving the Talent Acquisition process and outcomes. To minimize the TAT for closing roles, you will devise and implement innovative pipeline strategies and efficient hiring strategies to meet defined KPIs. Managing offer formalities, overseeing the post-offer engagement process, ensuring defined processes are followed, and adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines are critical tasks. Preferred candidates for this role are experienced in hiring for IT/Tech/BFSI domain. Attention to detail, excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint, maintaining confidentiality of information, excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills are prerequisites. Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Saidapet, Chennai. Department: Human Resources Job Summary: The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The HR Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to find and attract top candidates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 2. Candidate Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed of their application status. Manage and track candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 3. Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and company websites. Utilize social media and other platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. 4. Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria. Coordinate and schedule interviews, including panel interviews if required. 5. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and other terms of employment. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. 6. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 7. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process. 8. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
