Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Extend job offers and assist with onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or at a staffing agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Zoho Recruit, Lever).
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for [specific industries, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
