We are seeking a passionate and driven International Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the ASEAN and the Middle East region. This is a key role responsible for identifying opportunities, closing enterprise deals, and accelerating our market penetration in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia in ASEAN. UAE, and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the ASEAN and the Middle East region to meet revenue targets. Identify, engage, and convert prospective enterprise clients across industries (FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Electronics, Fashion, etc.). Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, channel partners, and decision-makers. Represent LdotR in meetings, industry events, webinars, and client discussions. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery. Maintain and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics to the leadership team. Qualifications 8–10 years of proven experience in enterprise/B2B IT sales , ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, IP tech, or brand protection space. Deep understanding and hands-on experience of the ASEAN and Middle East markets (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Experience working with cross-border teams and multicultural clients. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in fast-paced environments. Strong business acumen and understanding of international sales practices.
