Core Expertise Required Software Services Sales : Custom Software Development Website & Mobile App Development Website Design Digital Transformation Solutions Industry Experience : Previous experience in an IT company offering software services Strong background in telecom and defense sector sales IT Product Sales : Proven track record in selling industry-specific IT solutions Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership : Drive business growth and consistently exceed sales targets by effectively leading and managing the sales team. IT Solutions Sales : Utilize deep expertise in selling software services such as custom applications, websites, and mobile solutions. Strategic Execution : Create and implement comprehensive business plans focused on sales performance, revenue generation, and cost control. Lead Management : Identify, qualify, and engage leads through structured processes, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals. Client Engagement : Foster long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
