Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Work From Home (Hybrid) Experience Level: 3+ years Reports To: HOD of the Department About the Role: We are looking for a smart and target-driven Business Developers (Sales) to generate and convert leads for our international clients . This role is mainly work from home , with one day per week office visit for reporting and review meetings. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads from various online platforms such as D7, LinkedIn, Twitter, Upwork, Instagram, Facebook targeting international clients. Connect with potential clients through Cold calling, emails, and online meetings. Explain company services and solutions confidently to foreign clients. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly revenue targets. Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to ensure maximum conversion. Build long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients. Keep detailed records of lead status, calls, follow-ups, and closures. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery. Visit the office once a week for sales reporting, team meetings, and performance reviews. Requirements: 3+ year of experience in international sales or business development (digital marketing industry preferred). Strong English communication skills. Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and client handling skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets on time. Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Upwork, Freelancer, email tools, etc. Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage.
