Job Category: Business Development Executive -International EXP- 2 - 5 years Location: Gaur City centre, Greater Noida Budget- 25- 30 K Job Type: 6 days working Full Time(2 sat off) Job description: Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms (Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) Write effective proposals tailored to client requirements Email Marketing and linkeding sourcing Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into business Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to the technical/project team Coordinate project discussions between clients and internal teams Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients Keep up to date with market trends, competition, and industry developments Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field Proven experience in online bidding and lead generation (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively Familiarity with Upwork policies and bidding best practices Goal-oriented and self-driven Nice to Have: Understanding of software development lifecycle, digital marketing, or design services Prior experience working in a startup or agency environment CRM tool experience (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) If interested, share your resume on neha@corpswing.co.uk Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
