Internal Communication Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Internal Communications Specialist to lead the development and execution of internal communication initiatives. This role involves creating engaging content — including newsletters, audio messages, and videos — to inform, align, and inspire employees across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Plan, write, and distribute internal newsletters, company updates , and announcements. Develop and produce audio messages, podcasts , and video content for leadership messages, onboarding, and change communications. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to support organizational change, digital adoption, and employee engagement efforts. Create communication materials for new system launches (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), policies, and events. Design content calendars, track engagement metrics, and continuously improve communication effectiveness. Ensure all communications are aligned with brand voice and internal culture. Support internal campaigns, town halls, employee events, and feedback initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications . Strong skills in writing, editing, and visual storytelling . Experience creating newsletters (Mailchimp, Outlook, InDesign) . Hands-on experience with audio/video tools (e.g., Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Audacity, or similar). Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Show more Show less
