Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead the project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring project goals, objectives, and deadlines are clearly defined and met.

Oversee and direct all project phases, including design, production, and delivery.

Team Coordination & Management:

Manage and supervise cross-functional teams including designers, sourcing experts, and external contractors.

Foster a collaborative work environment, providing clear direction and feedback to team members.

Client Interaction:

Maintain close communication with clients throughout the project to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.

Provide clients with regular updates on project status, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Budget & Resource Management:

Develop detailed project budgets and track expenditures, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives.

Risk & Issue Resolution:

Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the project stays on track.

Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining momentum and ensuring minimal disruption.

Quality Control:

Ensure all deliverables meet Arcedior’s quality standards and align with client expectations.

Conduct final reviews and project assessments to ensure satisfaction and smooth handover to clients.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.

Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
