Inside Sales Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Identify and qualify leads in the Middle East and Africa and US regions through inbound/outbound channels
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to present product demos and value propositions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute region-specific lead generation campaigns
• Maintain a CRM with detailed activity logs, pipeline updates, and customer feedback
• Work closely with Account Executives to convert warm leads into clients
• Continuously stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS or tech-driven industries
• Familiarity with time zones and cultural nuances of Dubai and African markets
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
• Self-starter with the ability to meet KPIs and perform under minimal supervision
• Availability to work Dubai/Africa/US-aligned hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
