Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through telephonic and virtual sales of NoBrokerHood's SaaS-based solutions to residential societies and RWAs.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead qualification, product pitch, objection handling to deal closure.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and maintain consistent pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Update and manage data accurately in CRM tools and internal databases.
• Coordinate with field teams for demos, installations, and post-sales service.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales/inside sales, preferably in B2C/B2B environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language like Kannada is a plus).
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
