Job Description

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:Identify potential customers through various channels, assess their needs and budget, and determine if they are a good fit for the product or service.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, or video conferences to showcase product features and benefits, persuade them to purchase, and answer their questions.
  • Negotiation and Closing:Work with customers to find pricing and payment options that meet their needs and close sales agreements.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:Track sales activities, update customer information in CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales progress.
  • Collaboration:Work with marketing and product teams to understand market demand, customer needs, and product information.
  • Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.

  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product information and build rapport with customers.
  • Sales Skills:Ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Relationship Building:Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Problem-Solving:Ability to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and find solutions to their problems.
  • Time Management:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and meet deadlines.
  • CRM Proficiency:Familiarity with CRM software to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
