Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular MIS reports for management. 2. Costing & Inventory Control Implement and manage a standard costing system. Analyze production costs, overheads, and material usage variances. Monitor inventory valuation, WIP, and ensure stock controls are accurate. 3. Accounts & Compliance Oversee general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and ledger management. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per AS. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings. 4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management Manage banking relationships and ensure optimal fund utilization. Forecast and manage daily cash flows and working capital needs. Negotiate and manage credit limits, loans, and interest costs. 5. Internal Controls & Audits Implement and maintain internal controls across all finance-related operations. Liaise with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely closure of audits. Identify process gaps and suggest system improvements. 6. ERP & Systems Ensure proper implementation and usage of ERP systems * Qualifications & Experience: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including team management. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, taxation, and financial regulations. Hands-on experience in ERP systems and MS Excel. Skills & Competencies: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management. Sound communication and interpersonal abilities.
