Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales metrics, and collaborating with other departments to meet sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales and Cold calling.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
• Strong Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT and Networking industry is a plus
