Inside Sales Associate

• Identify and generate potential leads from online sources, industry databases, and existing customer data.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand requirements and offer product solutions.
• Share technical data sheets, product samples, and quotations as per customer needs.
• Follow up on quotations, track sample trials, and collect customer feedback.
• Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and sales progress.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and logistics teams for sample dispatch, order processing, and delivery updates.
• Assist field sales team with appointment scheduling and customer coordination.
• Support marketing initiatives like email campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports, lead status updates, and market feedback.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of chemical additives or plastic/polymer industry is a plus
• Proficiency in google sheets

• Qualifications:
• Graduate in Science, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant stream
• Candidates with a background or internship in industrial/B2B sales preferred
