Job Summary – Infrastructure Technical Associate (Infra TA), Client Side.
We’re looking for an Infrastructure Technical Associate to help manage our IT systems, networks, cloud services, and security operations for Client Side. From setting up networks and firewalls to keeping servers healthy and data secure you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, support secure setups like VPN, SSO, DNS, and help monitor system performance and access controls. If you’re hands-on with IT infrastructure, cloud tools, and love problem-solving, we’d love to have you on board.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in setting up physical networks, devices, and maintaining network inventories (IP, MAC, firmware) while supporting planned network topology implementations.2. Identify and escalate network issues to the operations team for timely resolution.3. Apply and manage Sophos firewall rules, web access controls, and monitor firewall logs for policy violations and unusual user activities.4. Track internet usage, user access logs, and export firewall reports when required.5. Monitor server and OS health (CPU, memory, disk), ensuring uptime, SLA adherence, and completion of validated system backups.6. Apply OS and security patches, and assist in managing antivirus and endpoint protection tools.7. Maintain comprehensive logs of backups, errors, and server events, ensuring all infrastructure and security documentation is up to date.8. Prepare weekly infrastructure reports and contribute to compliance and audit documentation.9. Enforce server and system-level access policies, applying necessary patch updates for OS, firewalls, and security tools.10. Respond to security breach alerts, support SSO, VPN, DNS configurations, and monitor sensitive data activities including file access logs.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration.2. A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.3. Prior experience in IT infrastructure, networks, or system administration.4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).5. Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and security protocols.6. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
