What we are looking for candidates with:

• 2-4 years of full life cycle experience in US IT Staffing involving Technical Recruiting
• Should have a deep understanding of IT Technical recruiting. Idea/knowledge of relevantIT technologies
• Knowledge of US work visa categories.
• Fair knowledge of to IT technical skills
• Hands-on experience with sourcing, recruiting tools/databases and strategies
• Self starter, motivated and achieve short term and long term goals.
• Responsibilities:Source and vet the candidates from database, personal connections, Social media, job

boards, groups etc.

• Collaborate effectively with the recruiting lead and achieve personal goals and help to achieve team goals.
• Follow company standard recruiting and quality processes.
• Develop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycle.
• Minimize false-starts or dropouts from consulting engagements
