IT recruiter ( Freelance and full time options )

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle IT recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for technical positions in the company. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure the best fit for the organization.

Qualifications

• Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology
• Proven track record in hiring top technical talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in workforce planning and strategic recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
