Information Technology Services Specialist

Are you a dynamic, target-driven professional with a passion for IT solutions and client growth? We are seeking an experienced candidate Business Development Manager / IT Services Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our reach in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and engage new business opportunities in the IT services domain (Web Development, Application Development, Digital Transformation, etc.)
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
3. Create customized proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients
4. Collaborate with internal tech teams to align client requirements with service capabilities
5. Maintain and expand a database of potential leads through market research, CRM tools, and networking
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
7. Participate in meetings, demos, and discussions—virtually and on-site

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, IT services sales, or related business development roles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development cycles, and client pain points

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure

Proficient in using CRM software, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Eligibility Criteria :

IT sales and services experienced candidate only.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or client acquisition roles

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
