Job Summary

Platform Engineer Informatica Primary : Informatica with BDM & Power Center, IDMC experience Secondary : DBT, Airflow Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for Data integration & Visualization platforms (Informatica with BDM & Power Center, IDMC experience Secondary skills: DBT, Airflow). Investigate and troubleshoot software issues reported by users, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and validate software fixes and enhancements. Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, known issues, and resolutions. Debug application code to resolve the issue or share workaround Document all resolutions into SOP/KEDB Work on Problem management and root cause analysis of recurring tickets
