We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to build and manage our HR processes . This role requires someone who can take charge of recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development , ensuring a strong and motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding. HR Policies & Compliance – Develop and implement policies aligned with company goals and labor laws. Employee Engagement & Culture Building – Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management & Training – Implement appraisal systems, career growth frameworks, and training programs. Payroll & Benefits Administration – Manage salaries, leaves, and employee benefits. Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations – Address workplace concerns with a fair and professional approach. Who We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of recruitment, compliance, and employee engagemen t. Excellent communication and leadership skill s to build a thriving workplace.
