Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations, and fostering a positive working environment.

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
