Job Summary:

Human Resources (HR) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
Support current and future business needs through talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and documentation.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
