Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based on-site in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the university. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing a diverse team, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field, proferably an MBA graduate with good communication skills

✅ 5+ years of hands-on HR experience

HRMS, ATS, and automation tools

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Ability to collaborate with academic leadership and support institutional goals
