Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, handling performance management, and overseeing training and development programs. The role also involves implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering benefits, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle training and development programs
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
