Internship Duration : 2 Months (Unpaid Internship) The Internship will follow a hybrid structure: the first month will be onsite at our offices in Kochi or Kottayam, and the second month will be conducted remotely. Candidates who successfully complete the 2-month unpaid internship will be considered for a Remote permanent part-time role with us. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Help in drafting HR policies and documents. Assist in organizing HR-related events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions. Coordinate with various departments to gather HR-related information. Handle general HR administrative tasks and office documentation. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational practices.
