Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our remote team. As an HR Intern, you will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks, gaining valuable experience in core HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Support onboarding and orientation of new interns/employees Maintain and update HR databases and records Help plan and coordinate virtual team engagement activities Draft HR-related communications, documents, and reports Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Contribute to employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, outreach, etc.) Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment lifecycle Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or sourcing platforms Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields Knowledge of ATS or HRMS tools Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) Creative mindset for social media and engagement activities What You’ll Gain: Practical experience in various areas of Human Resources Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals Opportunity to work in a fast-paced IT company environment Flexible work hours and fully remote setup Internship certificate and Letter of Recommendation Opportunity for a pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance You will get salary upto 25,000/- per month.
