Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our HR operations and recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in human resources. Responsibilities Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain and update candidate databases and HR documents Support onboarding and orientation processes for new interns/employees Help organize team activities and engagement initiatives Draft HR-related communications, documents, and reports Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Interest in talent acquisition, HR operations, and organizational development Perks Certificate of Internship Stipend: ₹5,000/month (from 2nd month, performance-based) Letter of Recommendation (performance-based) Flexible work hours Real-world HR experience Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance Diversity & Inclusion Labmentix celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all candidates.
