We are passionate about building a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, efficiency, and growth.We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Farmley for a 6-month, full-time, onsite internship. This role will provide hands-on experience in core HR functions, especially in recruitment and employee lifecycle management, offering a great opportunity to understand HR practices in a high-growth startup environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Support employee onboarding processes and documentation.
• Help maintain and organize employee records and HR systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and dashboards.
• Perform administrative tasks and support the HR operations team on a day-to-day basis.
• Participate in internal HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
