Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning, and development, and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees. Primary responsibilities: Assist in the on boarding and off boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees. Maintain employee files and records in electronic form. Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels. Job posting on different job portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Coffee Mug, etc.) Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person) Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Respond to employee grievances regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Responsible for asset management, keeping track of the issuance, retrieval, and maintenance of office assets. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives by coordinating team-building activities and implementing recognition programs to foster a positive work environment. Ensure a favourable office environment is maintained. Responsible for performing day-to-day HR tasks. Competencies required: Having prior experience in HR operations & Recruitment or a similar role and proficiency in any HRMS tool will be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach High initiative, integrity, strong work ethic, and analytical skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: HR: 2 years (Preferred) total work: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
