Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Pavans Group, located in Vadodara. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Daily tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and handling employee grievances. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and developing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
