Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Executive to manage payroll, compliance, and HR operations for our team. You will ensure salaries and incentives are processed accurately and on time, maintain compliance records, and support recruitment and employee relations. Your work will help keep our HR processes smooth and our employees supported as the company grows.


Responsibilities

  1. Handle the manual preparation of salary sheets for all personnel, including staff, manpower, and casual labor.
  2. Manage the process of creating PF and ESIC challans.
  3. Ensure the timely distribution of monthly overtime (OT) and incentive payments to employees.
  4. Maintain company compliance by updating and monitoring compliance registers and reviewing vendor compliance.
  5. Track contract renewals, expirations, amendments, and terminations.
  6. Draft offer letters for new hires in line with company policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct exit interviews for departing employees to identify areas for organizational improvement.
  8. Review job descriptions for accuracy and relevance to the current needs of the organization.
  9. Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  10. Organize recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  11. Manage payroll processing activities, including time tracking, benefits administration, and compensation calculations.
  12. Conduct performance reviews for employees.
  13. Handle regular client audits.
  14. Manage and verify monthly invoices from manpower vendors.


Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR operations, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.
