Human Resources Administrator

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, email drafting, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, you will handle onboarding and exit formalities with proper documentation and coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and interview scheduling. It will be your duty to maintain and update employee documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and handle basic grievance management for timely resolution of employee concerns. Your role will also involve managing office administration tasks like vendor coordination, inventory management, and facility maintenance. You will assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events while ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin, preferably in the E-commerce industry. Knowledge of basic labor laws and grievance redressal processes is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools, as well as strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, are required for success in this role.
