Job Description

Job Summary:

HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and HRMS updates.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and HR compliance tasks (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR reports.
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and maintaining SOPs.

Administration:

  • Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and facility coordination.
  • Handle front-desk responsibilities and visitor management.
  • Maintain petty cash records and basic admin expenses.
  • Ensure office hygiene, IT support coordination, and staff needs.
  • Manage travel arrangements and meeting logistics as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and familiar with HRMS or ATS platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and office management.
