Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Salem. The Human Resources Administrator will manage and coordinate HR activities, including benefits administration, HR management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, managing HRIS, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.


Qualifications

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in HR and Admin
  • Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Administration skills
  • Experience with Benefits Administration
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
